SPECIAL RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR SCHEDULE CAST/SCHEDULE TRIBE CANDIDATESON CONTRACTUAL BASIS THROUGH WALK IN INTERVIEW.

RITES Ltd. a premier consultancy organization is in urgent need of dynamic and hard working Engineers and Technical Assistants in various disciplines as mentioned below for its projects all over India. The appointment shall be purely on contractual basis initially for a period of one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance until completion of the assignment. Details are as under:

(*) The candidate should possess full time Degree in Engineering in the specified discipline from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grant Commission Act, 1956.

(**) The candidate should possess full time Diploma in Engineering in the specified discipline from a recognized by AICTE/Govt. approve Institute.

Pay, allowances and perks would be as under:

Engineers:

·         Basic pay -14500/- (1 to 3% annual increment based on the performance per year)

·         Allowances-65% in Non-metro cities, 70% in Metro Cites other than Mumbai/Bangalore & 75% for Mumbai/ Bangalore.

·         Other perks- Medical & Accidental Insurance for self and Employer's contribution towards PF @ 12% would be borne by the company.

           Tech. Asstt. :

·         Basic pay -10000/- (1 to 3% annual increment based on the performance per year)

·         Allowances-65% in Non-metro cities, 70% in Metro Cites other than Mumbai/Bangalore & 75% for Mumbai/ Bangalore.

·         Other perks- Medical & Accidental Insurance for self and Employer's contribution towards PF @ 12% would be borne by the company.

Candidates fulfilling the above criteria may attend walk in interview, with 1 copy of the application prepared in the format available on RITES website as well as with this document, along with original educational qualification certificates (Matric onward), Caste certificate and experience certificate, if any, and self attested copies of all the certificate; with one copy of recent passport size photograph at the venue & date.
