Method of Appointment	Transfer on deputation without the rules of immediate absorption in the CPSE.
Eligibility	Officers of the level of Joint Secretary in Govt. of India / State Govt. or an equivalent scale of pay or Major General in Army or equivalent rank in Navy/Air Force on the date of vacancy.
Essential Qualification & Experience	The incumbent should be Central Government / State Government Officer with specialization in finance with good academic record from a recognized university / institution. He should preferably have experience at a senior level in corporate financial and accounts including Cost and Budgetary Control, Institutional Finance, Working Capital Management in an organization of repute. Knowledge of industry is desirable.
Period of deputation	For a period of five years.
Age Limit	Minimum 45 years and not more than 57 years. The age of superannuation in the Company at present is 60 years.
