NFL, a Schedule 'A' Mini Ratna Govt, of India Undertaking and premier Fertilizer Company engaged in manufacturing and marketing nitrogenous fertilizers and other agricultural inputs having an annual turnover of Rs. 8520 crore is looking for dynamic, result oriented and experienced professional for the post of General Manager (Internal Audit and Law).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The job involves preparation of Audit programme (Technical & Non technical) and reviewing reports submitted by Auditors, handling Internal Audit Functions such as coordinating with Internal Auditors for periodical conduct of Internal Audit and finalizing replies to reports generated by Government Auditors, preparation of Agenda for Audit Committee and Board of Directors meetings, liaison with Government Audit Party for various audits conducted by them, appointing Internal Auditors & stock verifiers. The job also involves handling legal functions such as drafting and vetting of legal documents, advising all Departments on legal matters and co-ordination with SG/ASG/Senior Counsels on legal issues etc. if any. Candidates should be well versed with various Audits applicable to CPSEs and with Commercial Laws, Labour Laws, Tax Laws and Corporate Laws.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CA/CMA) with additional qualification of LL.B, Preference will be given to those candidates having additional qualification of Company Secretary.

EXPERIENCE;

Minimum 20 years post qualification experience (as on 30.06.2015) from acquiring first qualification in any Government / Public Sector / Autonomous body / MNC / Private Organization of

which 02 years shall be in the pay scale of Rs. 43200 - 66000 (IDA) or its equivalent grades. Candidates from MNC / Private Organizations should have two years' experience at a minimum CTC of Rs. 19.27 lakhs (approx.) per annum. The overall experience should be commensurate with the job requirements described above.

AGE LIMIT:

Age of candidates should not exceed 55 years as on 30.06.2015 (relaxable as per Presidential Directives).

Candidate selected can be posted anywhere in India at the discretion of the Management.

Candidates working in Public Sector Undertakings / Government / Semi- Government Organizations / Departments should route their application through proper channel.
