NFL, a Schedule 'A' Mini Ratna Govt. of India Undertaking and premier Fertilizer Company engaged in manufacturing and marketing nitrogenous fertilizers and other agricultural inputs having an annual turnover of Rs. 8520 crores, is looking for dynamic, result oriented and experienced professionals for the post of Chief Manager (F&A).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The job involves independently handling Finance Taxes and accounts functions in an industrial/departmental undertaking. The candidates should have the ability to organize independently Finance and Accounts Department including Management accounting, cost accounting, budget preparation, systems and procedures for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ Institute of Costs Accountants of India / MBA with major in Financial Management. Candidates with MBA must also have a

minimum score of 60% in MBA.

EXPERIENCE:

15 years' post qualification experience as on 30.06.2015 in any Government/Public Sector/Autonomous body/MNC/Private Organization of which 02 years shall be in the pay scale of Rs. 32900-58000 (IDA) or its equivalent grades. Candidates from MNC/ Private Organizations should have 02 years' experience at minimum CTC of Rs. 14.68 lakhs (approx.) per annum

AGE LIMIT:

Age of candidates should not exceed 45 years (relaxable as per Presidential Directives).

Candidates selected can be posted anywhere in India at the discretion of the Management.

Candidates working in Public Sector Undertakings/Government/Semi- Government Organizations/Departments should route their application through proper channel.
