BE/B.Tech./B.Sc Engg / AMIE / AMIETE (Mechanical Engineering):

Dy. Engineer - ECE (Fixed Term Basis – 03 years):

BE/B.Tech./B.Sc Engg / AMIE / AMIETE (Electronics and Communication Engineering):

Two years post qualification experience in relevant field.

JOB DESRCIPTION:

Dy. Engineer – Mechanical:

Minimum post qualification experience in any one or more areas such as Mechanical Structural

Design, Mechanism Design, HVAC Design, Mast and lifting Mechanism Design, DG set integration Design, Engine-Alternator coupling Design. Experience in use of Design Software such as Solid Works / Pro-E. Finite element Analysis preferably using Ansys (Structural FEA, CFD), Linear and non-linear, Static and dynamics cases. Similar experience with other FEA software tools is desirable. Knowledge of CAD software (Solidworks, ProE), Finite Element Analysis etc is preferable.

Dy. Engineer – Electronics and Communication Engineering: Minimum post qualification experience in designing of Electronic Control Systems for stationary and mobile application. Experience in micro-controller programming and sensor integration. Experience in selection and integration of PLC/SCADA programming with HMI. Design and development of Controls for Masts, Air-conditioner, Elecro-Mechanical platforms including Drives system for other similar application. Preparation of Schematic diagram in CAD. Knowledge of networking for integrated controls

is desirable

AGE LIMIT :

The Maximum Age Limit for General Candidates is 27 years age as on 1st July, 2015. Reservation /

Relaxation for OBC/SC/ST/PWD Candidates will be as per Government Directives. Upper age limit for candidates is relaxable as under:

OBC - 3 yrs

SC/ST - 5 yrs

Persons with Disability (PWD) - 5 yrs relaxation over & above the relaxation admissible for that

category.

SCALE OF PAY :

Candidates selected against the above position will be placed in E-II Grade at the minimum of the pay scale of Rs. 16400 - 40500/-. In addition, they will be entitled to DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance and other perquisites as admissible.

METHOD OF SELECTION :

Selection will be through written test and interview of shortlisted candidates based on performance in

the written test.

Call Letter will be sent to eligible candidates by e-mail for attending written test / interview.

Date of the written test will be intimated by e-mail in due course. Candidates will not be reimbursed

their cost of travel for attending the written test. The written test will consist of objective type questions from basic Engineering subjects in respective disciplines / specializations. Call letters will be sent to the candidates shortlisted in the written test for interview by e-mail. They will be required to appear for an interview for final selection. The results of selection will be available on BEL website.

All outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed actual expenses incurred on travel to

and fro to the place of interview (shortest route) on production of receipt or any other supporting

documentary evidence in respect of the onward journey, subject to II class fare.
