About Tidong Power Generation Pvt. Ltd. – The Tidong hydropower project is located on Tidong River, a tributary of Sutlej River, in district of Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh, in north-western India. The planned installed capacity of plant is 150 MW. Tidong was acquired by statkraft in 2018, owning 100 % shares in NSL Tidong Power Generation Private Limited, the acquisition is in line with Statkraft's strategy to develop renewable energy generation, building on Statkraft's more than 120 years of hydropower experience.
As a part of the Norwegian state owned Statkraft Group, Statkraft has been in India since 2004 and was the first foreign investor in Indian hydropower sector. The objective is to become a significant independent power producer in India over the next few years.
Your role and responsibilities -
Induction & Joining Formalities:
- Plan, organizes, and conducts onboarding program, devise orientation plan for new joiners.
- Complete the joining formalities i.e. documentation, login id creation and introduction.
- Maintain the Personnel file of the new joining as per TPGPL Checklist.
- Coordination with Camp boss for his accommodation.
- Coordination with IT team for IT setup.
Attendance, Payroll & Salary Administration:
- Maintain the employee attendance in biometric/manual register.
- Coordination with line manager for monthly payroll, make necessary entries for new joiners, separation cases, unpaid leave and Insurance addition & deletion.
- Issuing salary slips
- Management of accurate employees leave records
HR Policies, Procedures, & Processes:
- Keep a track of procedures, processes, formats / forms in line with organizational goals
HR Administration & Welfare:
- Offer release, bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the support
