Athena is building a dynamic new team in Delhi to drive a high-impact initiative aimed at supercharging India’s AI startup ecosystem—through smarter, faster access to capital.
We’re looking for passionate professionals to join this mission:
🔹 Senior Specialist (10+ yrs)
A seasoned investment expert with a background in venture capital, startup financing, or tech-focused private equity. In this role, you’ll shape funding strategies, assess innovative AI startups and funds, and collaborate with top investors and ecosystem enablers.
🔹 Junior Specialist (3–5 yrs)
An analytical, driven professional with experience in finance, consulting, or the startup ecosystem. You’ll support pipeline building, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring—while gaining firsthand exposure to a fast-paced, transformative initiative.
Both roles are based in Delhi and offer the unique opportunity to work closely with senior government stakeholders—mentored by leaders in impact investing and development finance.
