Applications are hereby called for the below mentioned posts (purely on contract basis) for chip to system design (C2SD) in SMDP-C2SD Project funded by MeitY, Govt. of India in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Hamirpur HP:

1. Lab Engineer - 1 Post 

Essential Qualification : B.Tech. (ECE), M.Tech. in VLSI Design/Embedded Systems with 6.5 CGPA (or 60% marks)

Desirable : Working knowledge in VLSI tools like Cadence/ Synopsis/ Mentor/ Xilinx, etc.; techniques and signal processing for design, development & research work related to the SMDP-C2SD project.

Consolidated Salary : Rs. 34,000/- per month

2. Project Associate - 1 Post

Essential Qualification : B.Tech. (ECE) & M.Tech. (VLSI design/ Embedded Systems/ Communication) with 6.5 CGPA (or 60% marks)

Desirable : Working knowledge in Linux, LAN, networking & VLSI EDA softwares (as in S.No. 1 above), their installation, maintenance and usage. Sound knowledge of VLSI design and technology.

Consolidated Salary : Rs. 20,000/- per month
