EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Designation / Level Minimum post qualification relevant executive experience Sr. Manager/ E6 (Environment) 15 years out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower IDA scale of Rs. 36600-62000/- or equivalent CDA scale in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute at equivalent level/job profile. Manager / E5 (Environment) 12 years out of which at least 2 years in the immediate lower IDA scale of Rs. 32900-58000/- or equivalent CDA scale in a Govt./PSU or private company of repute at equivalent level/job profile. Executive Trainee (F&A) NIL

SELECTION PROCESS 

For Environment Discipline- The selection process for this post consists of Personal Interviews. Information about the date and venue of the interviews will be uploaded on SJVN website.

For Executive Trainees (Finance)- Eligible candidates would be required to undergo written test at Shimla.
Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and Personal Interview based on the performance in written test. 

Written Test: The question paper will consist of 150 multiple choice questions out of which 120 questions will be from the relevant discipline and 30 questions from Executive Aptitude (General Knowledge, Reasoning, etc.). Information about the date and venue of the written test will be uploaded on SJVN website. 

Group Discussion & Personal Interview: Based on the merit and requirement, the candidates qualifying the written test will be required to undergo Group Discussion and Personal Interview before the Company’s Central Selection Board. Information about the Group Discussion and Personal Interview will be uploaded on SJVN website.
