OF MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL ON CONTRACT BASIS

PSU is looking for qualified and experienced Medical professional to be engaged
on contract basis as General Duty Medical Officer for its Occupational Health
Centre at LPG Recovery Plant, Usar, Post Malyan, Tehsil Alibag, Dist. Raigad,
PIN 402203, Maharashtra, as per details given below:-

candidates will be considered for selection for appointment to the post by
general standard of merit.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION: MCI recognized full-time MBBS
Degree. Preference will be given to candidates possessing Diploma in Industrial
Medicine or Certificate of Training in Industrial Health of minimum 03 months
duration.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 01 year post internship
experience in Surgery/ General Medicine in a reputed/ dedicated hospital/
nursing home. Candidates having experience in industrial environment will be
given preference.
EMOLUMENTS & OTHER BENEFITS:
1)
Consolidated Monthly Remuneration of Rs.53,000/- will be
paid per month.
2)
Annual Increment of Rs.1,050/- will be given on extension
of contract services after completion of one year engagement.
3)
Personal accident insurance policy for an amount of Rs.12
lakhs to cover any
eventuality including disability and medical treatment
therefor.
4)
Family Floater insurance cover of Rs.05 Lakhs for indoor
treatment is provided in respect of self, spouse and two immediate dependents
i.e. children and/or parents.
5)
Cost of Medicines upto Rs.1,000/-
per month shall be met by the GAIL hospitals/ dispensaries towards OPD expenses
of self, spouse and two immediate dependents i.e. children and/or parents.
6)
TA/DA is also payable in case duty requires travelling or
deputed for field duty to other locations as per Company rules.
7)
12 Casual Leave (CL) and 12 Paid Leave in a calendar year
will be provided. For pro-rata calculation, 01 CL and 01 Paid Leave for a month
may be taken. Compensatory off will we provided for attending extra duty. Paid
leave can be accumulated/ carried forward but not Casual Leave.

reach this office by 24.09.2015 by registered post. Candidates are required to send
one set of photocopy of all relevant testimonials as indicated below along with
the application and 2 passport size colour photographs:-
(i)
Caste/ Tribe certificate [for SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL) candidates
as applicable] in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority as
prescribed by Government of India, Disability certificate [in case of PWD
candidates] in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority and Ex-servicemen
Proof (in case of Ex-servicemen candidates). OBC (Non Creamy Layer) category candidates are required to submit
latest caste certificate.
(ii)
All Certificates/ Testimonials in respect of qualifications
(all semester/ year-wise Mark Sheet, Degree and Diploma certificates starting
from matriculation onwards).
(iii)
Certificate of registration with Medical Council of India
or with State Medical Council and internship completion certificate
(iv)
Complete and proper Experience certificates/ Documents
issued by the Employer in support of experience details mentioned by the
candidate in the Application Form.
(v)
NOC/ Forwarding Letter from the employer in case the
candidate is employed in Central/ State Government Department, Central/ State
PSUs or Semi Government organization.
(vi)
Candidates should ensure that they submit all the documents
mentioned above. In the event of failure of candidate to submit any of the
required documents as mentioned above within the stipulated period, candidature
of such candidate shall be liable to be rejected.
