1. Programmer, Class-I Gazetted (Contract Basis) - MCA or B.E./B.Tech. Degree in information Technology/Computer Science Engineering with programming as an essential component of the degree course from a recognized University or from an Institute duly recognized by the Central/H.P. Government. OR “B” LEVEL Course from DOEACC/NIELIT Society.
2. District Youth Services & Sports Officer Class-I Gazetted (Contract Basis) - (i) Bachelor‟s Degree or its equivalent in Physical Education from a recognized University. (ii) One year Diploma in any Game from an Institution run by the Sports Authority of India. OR Diploma in Physical Education from a recognized University/Institution with at least 6 months coaching certificate.. OR Outstanding Sports person who has won medal in Olympics/Asian games/South Asian Federation games. OR 9 Month‟s Distance Training Course for youths sponsored by Common Wealth Youth Programme, Asian Centre, Chandigarh. OR National Youth Awards Winner.
3. Assistant Town Planner Class-I Gazetted (Contract Basis) - (i) Master of Planning / M. Tech. / Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning or City Planning or Town Planning or Regional Planning or Housing Planning or Country Planning or Rural Planning or Infrastructure Planning or Transport Planning or Rural & Urban Planning or Environmental Planning or its equivalent from a recognized University or an Institute duly recognized by the All India Institute of Town Planners, India. Or (ii) (a) Bachelor of Planning or Bachelor of Technology in Planning from a University or an Institute duly recognized by the All India Institute of Town Planners, India. AND (b) Minimum three years experience in Urban Planning or City Planning or Town Planning or Regional Planning or Housing Planning or Country Planning or Rural Planning or Infrastructure Planning or Transport Planning or Rural & Urban Planning or Environmental Planning in the Central Government or State Government Department after acquiring the qualification of Bachelor of Planning or B. Tech. degree in Planning.
4.  Planning Officer ClassI Gazetted (Contract Basis) - B. Tech. Degree in Urban/ City/ Town/ Regional Planning from a University or an Institute duly recognized by the All India Institute of Town Planners, India. OR Bachelor of Planning or Bachelor of Technology in Planning from a University or an Institute duly recognized by the All India Institute of Town Planners, India:- Provided that preference will be given to the candidates possessing at least 3 years‟ experience in Urban/City/ Town/Regional Planning‟s work under any authority constituted under Town & Country Planning Laws or in the Town & Country Planning Department after acquiring the above qualification.
5. Assistant Public Relations Officer Class-II, (Non-Gazetted) (Contract Basis) - Bachelor‟s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication/Public Relations/ Public Relations & Advertising from a recognized University. OR Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Public Relations & Advertising from a recognized University.
6. Assistant Director of Fisheries Class-II, (Gazetted) (Contract Basis) - (i) Master‟s Degree in Zoology or Fisheries of a recognized University or Associate Diploma of the Central Institute of Fisheries Education Bombay or its equivalent. (ii) Minimum three years experience in Management and development of Fisheries. OR (i) B.Sc in Zoology or Fisheries Science from any recognized University or its equivalent. (ii) Minimum five years experience in Management and Development of Fisheries.
7. Assistant Director of Factories (Mechanical) Class-I, (Gazetted) (Contract Basis) -  (i) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from any Institution/Board/ University recognized by the State/Central Government or its equivalent. (ii) Should have practical experience of at least 2 years in the relevant field in a manufacturing workshop of either a public sector, undertaking or under Company Act, 1956.
8. Assistant Engineer (Electrical) Class-I, (Gazetted) (Contract Basis) in HPSEBL.- Regular/ full time Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized Institution/ University dully approved by the AICTE or AMIE from Institution of Engineers (India Calcutta) or Ex-servicemen who have the relevant equivalence to a recognized Degree in above stream/discipline recognized by the Govt. of India for AE(E) posts. 
9. Veterinary Officer Class-I, (Gazetted) (Contract Basis).-  (i) Should possess a degree of B.V. Sc. and AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) from a recognized University as laid down under the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Act No.52 of 1984). (ii) Should be registered with the State Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Act No.52 of 1984). 
10. Professor (Civil Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted) in Hydro Engineering College, Bandla, Distt. Bilaspur, H.P. - a) BE/ B. Tech. and ME/ M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech. or ME/ M. Tech. and Ph.D or equivalent in the appropriate discipline. Post Ph.D publication and guiding Ph.D students is highly desirable. If a class/ division is not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class/division.                                                                                              Experience:- Minimum of 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience out of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. OR Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/ or Research and/ or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper publication/IPR/patents record shall be required as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee. If the experience in industry is considered, the same shall be at managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising/designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training technical book/ research paper publications/IPR/patents, etc. as deemed fit by the expert members of the Selection Committee.
11. Professor (Electrical Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted) in Hydro Engineering College, Bandla, Distt. Bilaspur, H.P. - BE/ B. Tech. and ME/ M. Tech. in the relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech. or ME/ M. Tech. and Ph.D or equivalent in the appropriate discipline. Post Ph.D publication and guiding Ph.D students is highly desirable. If a class/ division is not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class/division.                                                                                 Experience:- Minimum of 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience out of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor. OR Minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/ or Research and/ or Industry. 13. Associate Professor (Electrical Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted) in Hydro Engineering College, Bandla, Distt. Bilaspur, H.P. - (i) BE/ B. Tech. and ME/ M. Tech. in relevant branch of Engineering with First Class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech. or ME/ M. Tech. and Ph.D or equivalent in the appropriate discipline. If a class/ division is not awarded, minimum of 60% marks in aggregate shall be considered equivalent to first class/division.                  Experience:- (ii) Minimum of 5 years experience in teaching/research/industry of which at least 2 years post Ph.D experience is desirable.
