The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below:

1. Officer on Special Duty (Civil)  (Job No. 285)                                        Consolidated Pay Range: O2 (Rs. 50000 to Rs. 70000)  Annual Increment: Rs. 5000/­  Appt Type: On Contract for a period of 3 years  (Retired Govt. Servants are eligible to  apply)  Age Limit: 65 yrs                                                                                                                      No. of posts and category : 03(UR)                                                            Essential Qualifications: Degree   in  Civil  Engg.   with   minimum   second class from any recognised university or AMIE                                  Required Experience / Skills: The candidate shall have worked at least Ten  years in the capacity of Superintending  Engineer or above or equivalent in any  Government / autonomous body/ semi  government office or a post drawing  equivalent salary. In order to carry out the required task, require  OSD’s to help Dean IPS in administrating  architectural contracts, planning, financial  management , estimating, progress,  monitoring, reporting, budgeting, supervise  new constructions on the campus with the skill  sets like Civil, MEP, Electrical and Land  development. The candidate shall have thorough  experience in directly handling all aspects of  construction works of RCC buildings, shall be  able to independently coordinate and  successfully negotiate all terms and  Conditions, impose contractual obligation and deliver within stipulated period. He shall be thorough with works, procedures,  CPWD manual, condition of contract. 
2. Officer on Special Duty (MEP)  (Job No. 289)                                    Consolidated Pay Range:    O2 (Rs. 50000 to Rs. 70000)  Annual Increment: Rs. 5000/­  Appt Type: On Contract for a period of 3 years  (Retired Govt. Servants are eligible to  apply)  Age Limit: 65 yrs                                                                                                                  No. of posts and category : 1 (UR)                                                                      Essential Qualifications: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engg. with  minimum second class from any recognized  university or AMIE    Required Experience / Skills: The candidate shall have worked at least Ten  years in the capacity of Superintending  Engineer or above or equivalent in any  Government / autonomous body/ semi  government office or a post drawing  equivalent salary. The candidate shall have thorough  experience in directly handling all aspects of  MEP, required electrical and HVAC  requirements in present day Constructions. The candidate shall be able to independently  coordinate and successfully negotiate all  terms and conditions, impose contractual  obligation and deliver within stipulated period. He shall be thorough with works, procedures,  CPWD manual, condition of contract. 
3. Part Time Clinical Psychologist at  Institute Hospital (Job No. 282) Consolidated Salary: Rs. 32500/­p.m.  (on pro­rata basis) Working hours : 4 hrs a day for                5 days a week    Appt Type: On Contract for a period  of 1 year                                                    Age Limit: 40 yrs                                                                                                                  No. of posts and category : 1 (UR)                                                    Essential Qualifications & Experience : M.A. (Psychology) with 3 years experience. 
4. Part­time Physician at Institute Hospital  (Job No. 284)              Consolidated Salary: Rs. 50000/­p.m.  (on pro­rata basis) Working hrs: 4 hrs a day 5 days a week                                            Appt Type:  89 days appointment                                                                              Age Limit: 50 yrs                                                                                                                      No. of posts and category : 1 (UR)                                                                         Essential Qualifications & Experience : M.B.B.S. with M.D. (General Medicines) / DNB  (General Medicine) with 3 years clinical  experience.
