ATTENTION RETIRED EXECUTIVES OF VARIOUS PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS

The Bank is in the process of empanelling retired executives for Faculty at Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and Bhopal. The retired bank executives from any Public Sector Bank who exited from the Bank by way of Superannuation/Voluntary Retirement in the last three years are eligible for empanelment. The details are as under:‐
1. Age of Bank Executives as on 31.3.2015 should not be more than 63.
2. The applicant should be Scale IV and above at the time of retirement.
3. The Executives with qualifications e.g. Post Graduate, MBA, CAIIB etc shall be preferred.

4. Experience to work as faculty/trainer in the Bank will have an added advantage.
5. Remuneration would be in the range of Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 per session of 75 minutes.
6. Actual expenses of travel, in case of outstation training will be reimbursed.
8. The empanelled candidates will be informed and they may be called on for giving lectures based on banks requirements.
9. The engagements could start immediately.
