Executive Trainee/E2: In addition to Basic Pay & IDA, above posts carry attractive perquisites and benefits under cafeteria approach such as Canteen Allowance, Conveyance allowance etc. Along with Difficult Area Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Liveries, HRA/ Company leased Accommodation, Comprehensive Social Security Schemes, Liberal Medical benefits, Gratuity, PF & Pension etc., as per extant company rules. After successful completion of training period Executive Trainees/E2 will be regularized in pay scale of Rs. 50000-3%-160000 by allowing one increment.

Trainee Jr. Officer (Company Secretarial) / S0- The selected candidate will be paid consolidated stipend of Basic Pay of Rs 29600/- plus DA (on Basic Pay) as applicable in the first quarter of the year of appointment during the training period of one year. On confirmation, Trainee Jr. Officer/S0 will be placed in minimum of pay scale of Rs 29600-3%-. In addition to Basic Pay & IDA, the above posts carry attractive allowances and benefits like HRA or Company Owned Accommodation, Difficult Area Allowance, Liveries, Leave encashment, HBA, Multi-Purpose Advance, comprehensive social security & Insurance, liberal medical facilities, Gratuity, PF etc. (as per extant company rule).


SELECTION PROCESS


For Executive Trainee (CS): Selection process consists of Written Test followed by personal interview.


For JO (Trainee): In case of JO (Trainee), selection process involves written test. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.

 The written test for posts mentioned above shall be held in Shimla only.
