Applications on the prescribed Proforma in sealed covers are invited for filling up of 500 Posts of Junior T-Mate and 210 posts of junior Helper (Sub- Station) on fixed contractual remuneration of Rs. 6200 per month under the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd strictly as per R&P rules. The desirous candidates need not submit separate applications for the post of Junior T/Mate / Junior Helper (sub­station). They shall file single application indicating their preference for the post in the application. In case of their selection, they will be placed in the respective cadre based on their merit and preference. The desirous applicants can submit their application at any one of the following 3 offices, either personally or through mail, on or before 16/04/2016 (till 5 pm). However, for the
candidates residing in Lahau) & Spiti Distt, Kinnaur Dlstt, Pangi & Bharmour Sub Division of Chamba Distt and Dodra Kwar Sub Division of Shimla Distt of Himachal Pradesh, the last date for receipts of application is 30/04/2016 (till 5 pm):

 Education and other Qualification

•    Essential: Matric Pass
•   Desirable: Preference will be given to the candidates who posses ITI certificate in Wireman/ Electrician trade done through a regular course from an institution recognized by the H.P. Govt.
•  The candidate must be a citizen of India and should be a Bonafide Himachali.

Age: The applicant should be between 18 to 30 years as on 01-01-2016. Upper age limit is retaxable by five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes & Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighters of Himachal Pradesh. The upper age relaxation is also available to Ex- Servicemen candidates of H.P. as per provision of relevant rules/instructions of H.P. Govt.
